Leave as is. The idea is to have something on personal development? Therefore that is what it should reflect.

Hi Jarle,
It depends on which blog program you’re using. I personally like WordPress and went with the Exquisite theme. It’s easy to customize and blends well with the company website. There are a lot of nice themes out there, it just depends on how much work you want to put into it. The theme you’re using is nice. In the end its what appeals to you that is important.
