Everyone, sooner or later, gets old. At least physically. But this doesn’t mean that you should grow old in your head as well.
This is something that I have put a lot of thought into. I have decided never to let myself grow old. As long as I have my free will I will do everything in my power to prevent it. I think a lot of elderly people just gives in.
One of the most important thing to stay young, is to never let go of your good sense of humor. If you ever catch yourself stop laughing and joking you’re on the wrong track. I’m not saying that you can’t have a bad day. Everybody experience those once in a while. But please don’t let it last for too long.
Make yourself this promise right now:
“I will never allow myself to grow old. I will not stop laughing, smiling and having good times. I will never stop trying to make someone else’s day better. I will feel happy and thankful (not sad) for every new birthday i get to experience. It is the inside of my head, not the amount of years I have lived, that counts.”

Staying young is an attitude and choices, everyday choices.
Eating right (fuel), working the body (fitness), working the mind (dream and create) and attitude (humor is part of that.
Great Read!
