I have a couple of confessions i want to share with you.

Confession 1: I am a smoker (have been for the last 14 years)
I am quite ashamed to say that I am a smoker. I should know better (and I do). It is my number one priority to stop this disgusting habit as soon as possible.
This is why I have decided to create a series of posts about my progress on this. I am going to need all the support you can give me on this :-)

The first thing I need to do is to set a date. I will come back to this in an upcoming post.

Confession 2: I am 30 pounds overweight
I have had a desk job for the last five years (I work with media surveillance). This means that I don’t get to move around a lot during the day time. I know that this is not a good enough excuse. I realize that in order to loose 30 pounds, I need to take a look at consider two factors:
- The food I eat
- Exercise

I need come up with a plan on how I want to accomplish my goals on this.

Commitment
By writing this post I  am binding myself not to give up until I have reached my goals on all of the above. I also commit myself to keep you all updated on my progress, wether it is positive or negative.

    That’s great to hear :-) I was thinking about september the 1st. I am going to use the rest of august to mentally prepare myself. I will publish a new post soon where I explore different methods on how to do this.
