Here is a great video that will help you to better understand The Law of Attraction. The video is is picked up from http://www.mygenie.tv/. I find the music a little anoying, but the text is what is important.

1.  Smile
If you smile a lot others will start to relate to you in a different way. You will get contact with more people and gain more friends. Show your teeth!

2.  Become an early riser
Early risers are generally more productive than nightowls. The first hours of the day gives you the chance to be completely alone in a quiet environment. Use the extra time to do things you want to do alone, like reading, writing, meditating, running etc. When the rest of your family gets out of bed you will be able to focus more of your time towards them. It’s a win win situation.

3.  Be forgiving
Be forgiving to people that have done you wrong. Think about all the times you have done the same. Wouldn’t it be great to have forgiveness without having to ask for it?

4.  Never grow up
You are only as young as you allow yourself to be.

5.  Learn something new every day
Learn at least one new thing every day. It will really add up as time passes by.

6.  Share
Share your feelings as well as your material goods. Be open about your thoughts and you will discover that others open up to you. Share your things and you will discover that others want to share with you too.

7.  Receive
Make it easy for others to share with you. Make it clear that it means something to you.

8.  Be positiv
The glass is always half full, never half empty. Think positiv thoughts and positive things WILL happen.

9.  Be an explorer
Never settle with what you know. Don’t be afraid to enter unchartered territory. Everything is new the first time you do it. Expand your safe zone.

10. Be thankful
Be thankful for what you have and more will come to you. Start every day by giving thanks for your family, your friends, your job etc.

There is a saying that what goes around, comes around. Some call it karma.

I have given a lot of thought into this lately. When can I say that I have done something truly unselfish? If I do someone a favour, do I expect something in return? I would say that in most cases I do. But the more I think about it, the more I realize that this isn’t the right way to think about it.

Karma is believed to be the sum of all that a person has done. It makes you responsible for your own life. If you’re not satisfied with it, take a honest look at your own past (and present). What do you find? Have your acts been mostly unselfish, or mostly selfish? Every act is like a seed. Depending on which type of seeds you’ve planted, the fruits can taste bitter or they can taste sweet.

I for one, know very well how fruits from bad seeds can taste.

Most of us have been given the freedom choose how we lead our lives. The next time you do something for another person, try to analyze your thoughts around it. Be honest. Ask yourself: “Why am I doing this?”
If your answer is “to make someone happy” or “to be a better person”, you’ve nothing to worry about. If your answer is “to get something in return” or “to get even”, you should see a red light flashing before your eyes.

If we could quit complaining when we are asked for favours, and start doing them with a smile, I think the world would be a better place. We would have better marriages, better friendships and better relationships with our colleagues at work.

My own goal for the future is to do more for others without having to be asked to do it.

What goes around, comes around.

The Future is Now

July 4th, 2007

Where do you spend most of your time in your mind? In the past, in the present or in the future?

Most people are using way to much energy dwelling on the past, or worrying about to the future. If more energy was invested in the present, the past and the future would look very different for millions of people.

The past cannot be changed, but the present and the future can. To change our future we must change the way we live in the present. It is normal to have regrets about choices we have made in the past. But the past is unchangeable, therefore it would be natural to assume that if we change the way we live in the present, we would have fewer regrets about the past in the future. Does that make sense?

Life is an endless chain of choices. Every second of every day we make choices. Most of them are done by the unconscious mind. The problem is that we often knowingly make wrong decisions. We do this just to be more comfortable in the present.

Example:
I have some extra bodyweight I want to get rid of. I complain about it a lot. Still, I make the wrong decisions all the time. I choose to eat more than I really need to. I choose to sit in the couch and watch television most of the night.

So what can I expect from the future if I continue to make the same choices? Well, it is pretty obvious that the pounds will keep adding on. Often it is necessary to sacrifice some comfort in the present to feel better in the future. What would happen if I made a commitment to eat smaller portions of food and to get out jogging three nights a week for the next year? In the beginning I would feel a little uncomfortable while doing it. But if I could stick with it, it would get easier and easier. I know that if I make the choice to workout regularly, the future will look totally different regarding my weight and overall shape.

This can be transfered to all aspects of life: Work, lovelife, money, friends etc.

What can YOU do different in the present to change YOUR future?

I know this is getting old… But I really think that this movie deserves a place on this blog. Therefore… Here it is.

In this article I will show you the biggest secret of the millionaire mind. The answer is incredibly simple. But it will take a lot of training to apply this secret to your daily life. There is absolutely no doubt that if you do this right you WILL become wealthy.

Now, in order to make something happen you will have to adjust your mind a bit. Let us say you want a cup of coffee. If you want a cup of coffee you just go and make it. If you are out of coffee you go to the store and buy some more. There is really nothing more to it. You do not think about it, you just do it.

If you think about other things in the same way, I promise you… There are no limits to what you can accomplish. Let me explain this in a little more detail. Many millionaires go broke one or more times i their lives. But most of them become millionaires all over again. Do you want to know why? Because they KNOW they can do it! They have done it before and they know they can do it again and again. You know you can make a cup of coffee because you have done it before. If it is your first cup of coffee you will be insecure and might not be able to do it right. But as soon as you gain experience you will know exactly what to do.

So here is what you’ll have to do to become a millionaire:

- You must have a desire to become a millionaire.

- Know that you are able to do it.

- Take action.

The tricky part here is that you have to know without a doubt that you can do it. It is like being in love with someone. It is not possible to make your self fall in love. It have to happen naturally. You can not trick your mind on this. So what you need to do is to get out there and make your mistakes. And when it is right you will just know it. You will probably fail over and over again. The important thing is to never give up. So what if you fail a few times? You will have gained valuable experience that allows you to avoid making the same mistakes twice.

Read lots and lots of books. I recommend that you read up on literature about the law of attraction. You will also benefit a lot from reading personal development books and success stories. There are literally millions of millionaires in the world to day. There is no reason at all that you can’t be the next person on that list.

Movie: Pass it on

May 24th, 2007

The movie should be available for purchase pretty soon.
It looks like ‘Pass it on’ will be very closely related to the movie ’The Secret’. It is about the Law of Attraction and how to get what you want out of life.

The law of Attraction

May 24th, 2007

Have you noticed how some people just seem to always be in the zone? They always reach their goals and get everything they want in their lives. How can this be?
One possible answer would be that they are just lucky. Another answer could be that they know something others do not. Let us explore those two answers a little further.

What if it is Luck?
Luck is considered to be something we can not control. If you won a million dollars in a lottery you would call it luck. If you discovered your car had a flat tire when you was already late for work, you would probably call it bad luck. Some people are considered to be lucky while others are considered to be unlucky. If luck is what makes the difference between rich and poor, then there is nothing we can do to change it. We will just have to trust that destiny is doing what it is supposed to do for us.

What if they know something others do not?
If the successful people know something that can get them anything they want, it would be a totally different story. That means that everyone, with the right knowledge, could get what they want. YOU could get everything you want. Wow, think about that for a moment. Where would you be today if this was true? I got news for you: It is true. It is called the Law of Attraction.

All matter is energy. The chair you are sitting on, the trees in the backyard, your house and your car. It is all vibrating energy. And so are you. So, what makes us vibrate? Have you heard the expression you are what you eat? The same goes for thoughts. You truly become what you think about. Our thoughts and feelings make you who you are to the rest of the world. What you think about today is what you will get tomorrow.

The main thing that will make the Law of Attraction work in your favour is your feelings. You are always utilizing the Law of Attraction, whether you know it or not. If you are feeling bad, that is exactly what you will attract. If that is the case, you need to do anything you can to turn it around. Switch the negative thoughts with positive ones. Smile to everyone you meet (even if you do not want to). Sing in the shower. Become aware of your inner dialog and change it. When you first start doing this it will feel artificial and unreal to you. But if you stick to it, you will see that an incredible change takes place inside of you. You will start to attract positive things and people.

Think of your self as an adjusted magnet. You will attract all the things you think about the most. If all you can think about are your bills, then that is what you will get more of. If all you can think about is the money you have, then that is what you will attract. Stop worrying about the things you can not do anything about, and start paying attention to the things you can change. Be patient. You have planted a seed. Everything that is in your life today, is there because of what you have thought about in the past.
